Responsibilities include:
1. Building and strengthening the delivery and execution of people ops activities
2. Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders for interview coordination
3. Screening candidates from various sources
4. Assessing the candidates based on the prerequisites
5. Planning and scheduling interviews with candidates and the business team
6. Ensuring timely interview and feedback is collated
7. Maintaining the trackers on Google sheet
8. Managing job advertisements on job portals and social networks
9. Creating reports on the HR-related process when require
Other requirements
1. MBA (HR) freshers or reasonable experience in talent acquisition
2. Comfortable with navigating uncertainty and working in unstructured environment
3. Excellent communication and possess attention to detail
4. Should be both a thinker and a doer
5. HR enthusiasts
