Job Description

Responsibilities :
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help with onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing support.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, including contracts and reports.
Handle general HR inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
