Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with industry connects & tie-ups
2. Research job portals and connect with relevant companies
3. Connect with existing employers to gather feedback and requirements
4. Assist with client management and compliance
5. Conduct profile filtration, and manage the screening and fitment process
6. Assist with scheduling and coordination
7. Assist with confirmations, offer letters, acceptance, and joining formalities
8. Identify training gaps and raise the concerned authority
