Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 7th Sep'22 and 12th Oct'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Responsibilities include:

1. Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales
2. Review and analyze resumes using portals
3. Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
4. Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
5. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
6. Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
7. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
