Human Resources (HR) Jobs Opening in India Job Kart at Delhi
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen the profiles/resumes according to the concerned JD as per the client's requirements
2. Conduct preliminary interviews
3. Train the shortlisted candidates with predefined FAQs
4. Forward the shortlisted candidates to the HRs of the companies
5. Follow up with candidates and companies about the interview rounds (HR/operations and client)
6. Work on maintaining an everyday database in the Google Sheets
7. Report to the management
8. Work on giving a respectable number of selections on a monthly basis

Skill(s) required
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th May'22 and 20th Jun'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Learning attitude
3. Computer skills (MS Office/Email/Google Sheets)
4. Self-motivated in order to achieve out of the job description
Perks
Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
Work Timings: 9 AM-5 PM
Working Days: Monday-Friday
