Job Description
Designation: Human Resources (HR)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Explore new and cost-effective recruitment channels and execute the recruitment strategy through social media
2. Manage the end-to-end execution of the recruitment process till onboarding of the candidate (MRF, job posting, screening, shortlisting, selection, offer negotiation, offer release and onboarding)
3. Coordinate with the internal HR team to develop the job description and responsibilities for the new position
4. Maintain regular communication with selected candidates to ensure smooth on-boarding
5. Prepare and update the recruitment tracker and MIS as per defined timelines on a regular basis
6. Maintain all data & documents/files related to the hiring process as per recruitment standard and process
