Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation
2. Organising interview appointments
3. Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities
4. Scouting for talent by coordinating with agencies
5. Assisting HR with new employee onboarding
6. Updating internal database with employee Information
7. Addressing employee queries regarding policies, leaves, etc.
8. Assisting HR with compliance work
9. Assisting HR with policy making
10. Participating & organising organisational events
11. Assisting with general office admin
