Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
2. Onboarding newcomers to the company
3. Determining and maintaining suitable salaries and remuneration
4. Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
5. Developing adequate induction and training
6. Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
7. Managing succession planning of staff
8. Assisting with the performance management and review process
9. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
10. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
11. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
12. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
13. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
14. Nurturing a positive working environment
15. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
16. Reporting to the management and providing decision support through HR metrics
17. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per based on performance).
