Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives
2. Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices
3. Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
4. Negotiating with vendors
5. Ordering necessary office supplies
6. Managing corporate stock rooms and/or libraries
7. Managing videoconferencing, fax communications and office equipment
8. Reviewing incoming documents
9. Conducting research
10. Training and/or supervising clerical workers
