Human Resources (HR) Jobs Opening in MTalkz Mobility Services Private Limited at Delhi
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Write and post technical job descriptions to relevant platforms
2. Source & screen candidates from various sources like internal company databases, resume/job portals, and professional networking
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
5. Interview candidates by combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
6. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
7. Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training, and education, and inform them of the position's duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and working conditions
8. Perform background and reference checks
9. Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
10. Keep track of all applicants as well as keep applicants informed on the application process
