Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Recruiting candidates
2. Talking to candidates applying for jobs
3. Shortlisting candidates
4. Organizing timings and conducting interviews with the relevant department
5. Completing joining formalities
6. Coordinating with IT support/accounts etc. for ensuring all joining is smooth and in control
7. Dual nature responsibility for Marketing as well
8. Reaching out to prospects and helping them reach a decision
