Human Resources (HR) Jobs Opening in Orbis Research at Pune

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the company's CEO and/or director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
2. Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
3. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
4. Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
5. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments discussing any problems or grievances they may have
6. Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts
7. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
8. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
9. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
