Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2.Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
3.Support the onboarding process for new employees.
4.Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
5.Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
6.Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
7.Support the documentation of HR policies and procedures.
8.Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports.
9.Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
10.Assist in special projects or initiatives as assigned by HR professionals.
