Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle recruitment including JD preparation, posting, screening candidates, interfacing with campus, candidates, etc.
2. Manage the employee-related processes from joining to exit.
3. Work on employee engagement activities.
4. Attend meetings and work with the team.
5. Maintain a record of all the employees in the company.
6. Support our HR Department's daily activities
7. Work on any other activities that may be required relating to HR

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in HR or a related field.
2. Good interpersonal communication.
3. Employee Management.
4. Employee Engagement.
