Job Description
1. Ensuring the full recruitment cycle is compliant with the organization's goals
2. Collaborating and working with different dept. managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
3. Conducting interviews and sorting applicants to fulfil the open positions
4. Identifying future hiring needs and developing Job descriptions
5. Creating monthly recruitment reports & recruiting matrix
6. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, social media forums, and other potential forums
7. Developing effective recruiting plans and strategies
8. Managing all communications with the candidates and briefing candidates before and after interviews
9. Managing the job offers including the negotiations and administration

3. are available for duration of 6 months

1. Candidates with hands-on experience working on different job portals as an HR recruiter are preferred for this role
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
