Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs
2. Source candidates through online platforms and networking
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
4. Coordinate interview schedules and manage the recruitment process
5. Facilitate offer and negotiation processes
6. Maintain candidate records in the recruitment system
7. Build relationships with external recruitment sources
8. Stay updated on industry recruitment trends
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
2. Proven experience as an HR recruiter
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Organizational and time-management abilities
5. Proficient in recruitment software and social media sourcing
6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
