Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Onboarding and orientation for the new joiners
2. Drafting of offer letters, contracts, pay slips, and other payroll documents
3. Assisting in maintenance and updating of employee details and other necessary documents
4. Co-ordinating with the finance function for payroll and tax procedures (sharing form 16/16A and company policies and procedures on a need basis)
5. Conducting engagement activities for the employees
