Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition
3. Maintain and update employee records on our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, trainings, and workshops.
6. Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
7. Prepare reports and analyze HR data using MS-Excel, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
