Designation :- Human Resources (HR) Intern
Number of openings - 20
Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on posting, communication, and hiring interns for various other roles
2. Source candidates from job portals and social sites
3. Maintain the record and achieve client recruitment pressure
4. Work on coordinating the interview process
5. Work on employee personnel file management
6. Work on maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions & conducting orientations
7. Work on calling, screening, short-listing, and interviewing the candidates as per company requirements
