Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment
2. Handle Resdex search, headhunting, industry mapping, mass mailing, and cold calling to source relevant profiles
3. Develop new clients for recruitment empanelment primarily in the non-IT industries
