Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job advertisements, scrutinizing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
2. Conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters and appointment letters for new hires
3. Working on joining formalities and new employee orientation
4. Maintaining and updating employee records and personal files.
5. Maintaining and updating the softcopy employee database
6. Working on compensation and benefits administration
7. Preparing, reviewing, and updating staff handbooks
8. Working on employee counseling and grievances handling
9. Undertaking employee engagement activities
10. Preparing annual holiday list
11. Preparing HR letters like promotion, increment, warning, termination, experience, and relieving letter
12. Conducting exit formalities
13. Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner
14. Handling compliances like PF, gratuity, medi-claim, and personal accident insurance for employees
