Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with Recruitment: Help with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Employee Records: Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
3. Onboarding Support: Participate in the onboarding process, including preparing paperwork and orientation materials for new hires
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure interview rooms are prepared
5. Data Entry and Analysis: Input HR data into spreadsheets or databases and assist in basic data analysis
6. Safety and Wellness Initiatives: Assist in promoting workplace safety and wellness programs
7. File Maintenance: Maintain HR files and records in an organized manner
