Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Candidate must have their own Laptop.

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Facebook, Apna App, Workindia)
3. Post jobs on various portals as per the requirement of the company
4. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
6. Interview candidates (via phone and video)
7. Prepare and distribute assignments and tests
8. Advertise job openings on the company's page, social media, job boards & internally
9. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
10. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
11. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
12. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
13. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
