Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining HR recruitment coordination
2. Talking to job seekers & evaluating the recruitment process
3. Ensuring interview coordination for activities for the recruitment process
4. Maintaining the tracker for all the candidates along with the status and comments
5. Understanding the requirements for technical interview and selection process
6. Publishing report on the activity and reporting back to the lead/manager
7. Adhering to the processes followed and SLAs
