Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor performance metrics
2. Work on HR documentation preparation & implementation
3. Issue awards/certificates monthly/quarterly to performers
4. Work on interview screening, scheduling, conducting, etc.
5. Help in placement activities of students
6. Issue emails and letters to students
7. Monitor and maintain placement track of each student

3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
