Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learn & prepare job description and work on hiring the best fit
2. Learn to arrange jobs into job families and map with skills
3. Learn & contribute to the automation of manual processes to the improve efficiency of operations
4. Identify potential sources and methods of sourcing continuously
5. Learn to drive employee referral and internal job posting processes in line with manpower budgets
6. Source candidates from job portals like www.justjob.co.in screening them & lining up interviews with respective stakeholders
7. Work on closure, MIS & reporting
8. Learn, identify, select, map and retain talent in the organization through an efficient and effective talent acquisition strategy and systems
9. Work in alignment with the business strategy, functional demands and the organization's overall HR philosophy
