Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th Sep'22 and 2nd Nov'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities include:
1. Working on sourcing resumes through the internal database, job boards, social media, and referrals
2. Involving, contributing and executing recruitment strategy tailor-made for each client
3. Working on posting jobs on ATS/job boards and managing the responses
4. Tracking and documenting the progress of the candidates in the recruitment cycle
5. Coordinating with the account manager and candidates for availability regarding pre-submission interviews
6. Generating reports pertaining to submission and client requirements
