Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in coordinating with potential candidates
2. Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective strategies related to recruitment and Interview process
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers
4. Help supervisors in assessing employee engagement and evaluation
5. Maintain the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc.)
