Job Description
Summary of Position:
- The Human Resources Intern will be exposed to a wide range of recruitment activities at a start up.
- The Human Resources Intern will support the Human Resources department with recruitment and variety of essential administrative, marketing tasks.
- This intern will manage the complete recruitment cycle, data tracking and reporting along with additional tasks assigned.
- The intern will also have the opportunity to assist with conducting research on pertinent topics to help the department continue to promote a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Searching for potential candidates in internal and external databases.
- Using various job portals, social media channels for finding the best profile.
- Screening CV-s based on the role profile.
- Managing pre-screening interview.
- Writing job adverts and posting them to different platforms.
- Attend meetings at prospective clients’ office, help them understand the services, persuade them to partner with us.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing through distance learning), in any discipline and eager to start a career in HR.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to convince and persuade people.
