Job Description
This work-from-home HR Internship involves a hybrid role encompassing HR responsibilities and business development tasks, including lead generation and market research. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR processes and business strategies, playing a crucial role in recruiting and strategic decision-making.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential recruitment clients and stay updated on industry trends.
Lead Generation: Use various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media to generate leads.
Lead Qualification: Screen potential clients to ensure they align with our strategic objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance strategies for client engagement and conversion.
Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends to aid strategic planning.
LinkedIn and Social Media Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms for networking and branding.
