**Qualifications & Requirements:**

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

- **Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection**

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
