Job Description

This is an on-site internship role of Human Resources Intern located in Mumbai.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the HR department in daily administrative duties, such as documentation of policies and procedures, data management, data entry, record keeping, and ensuring compliance
2. Assisting the HR in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and maintaining personnel files

Qualifications:

1. Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills.
2. Basic understanding of HR policies and HR management.
3. Good knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
6. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
7. An interest in the travel industry.
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
