Designation: Human Resources Internship
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Manage employee onboarding process and orientation programs.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining employee records and documentation.
Assist with performance management activities such as goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
Assist with other HR projects as needed.
