HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY AT FIRSTCRY
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Gather feedback from employees to improve workplace culture.
- Maintain and organize employee records, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Prepare training materials and gather feedback for improvement.
- Help in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Internship Duration: 2-3 months, (can be extended as per requirements)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Work Timing : 9 am to 6 pm
Work Location : Sangamvadi, Pune, Maharashtra
