About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and work on fellowship program documentation and processes
2. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
3. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
4. Work on third-party/external relationships
5. Work on refining the interviewing and selection approaches to speed up closures and joining
6. Build a healthy talent pipeline to engage and nurture for future conversions
