About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Update our internal databases with new employee data, including contact details and employment forms
2. Work on screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill the company's current and anticipated job vacancies
3. Plan and schedule interviews with candidates
4. Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks
5. Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
6. Work on preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
7. Validate department related documents based on current legal compliances and report to the HR lead whenever necessary
8. Assist the HR lead in payroll processing, legal compliance, and all other HR-related functions
9. Create reports on the HR-related process when required
10. Address queries and issues of employees when required
11. Draft professional mails to send across to team members, clients, vendors, etc.
12. Plan and support the team for employee engagement activities
13. Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events
Note: Only female candidates would be preferred.
