Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
On time Delivery of Resources required
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, Job Portals)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
First preference will be given to Female candidates

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 7 Lac/annum
