About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contact potential candidates to inform them about a client hiring using scripts
2. Handle cold calling, outbound calling, relation-building (with candidates)
3. Maintain call quality standards as per defined matrices
4. Maintain records of calls and note useful information
5. Handle client and customer interaction whilst answering questions about products or the company
6. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
7. Post job openings on various hiring portals/job boards and connect with candidates
8. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
9. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
10. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
11. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
