Human Resources
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in human resources preferred
2. Some experience directly related to talent acquisition/recruiting with major MNCs
3. Prior working experience as an HR intern/associate is an added advantage
4. People-oriented and results-driven skills
5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
