Primary responsibility - Competitive Intelligence and Talent Marketing
Conducting competitive intelligence from an HR perspective and identifying opportunities for hiring
Undertaking exercises to benchmark salaries across various roles within the organization through secondary research
Running Talent marketing initiatives including social media branding from an HR perspective
Coordinate employer branding activities
Enrich our careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts, and employee testimonials
Develop content that illustrates our life at work (for example, blog posts, videos, and infographics)
Share job ads on various online channels (job boards, social media groups, professional communities)
What lands you in this role
You are a 2020/2021 graduate with educational qualifications in Marketing.
Hands-on on Instagram, Snapchat, and other digital media forums.
Passionate about social media trends.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Good MS Office skills
