Designation: Human Resources
Responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the end-to-end employee life cycle
2. Work on inter-departmental co-ordinations & communication
3. Work on preparing reports/MIS and HR dashboard
4. Ensure on-time functional deliverables and compliance of HR operations
5. Work on updating and maintaining the HRMS
6. Work on training & development (ISO documentation)
7. Work on grievance management
8. Work on performance review (monthly or quarterly)
9. Work on employee engagement
Who can apply
1. are available for full-time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Jul'22 and 27th Aug'22
3. are available for a duration of 6 months
