Responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing, screening & shortlisting of the candidatures as per the requirement followed by interview co-ordinations
2. Coordinating & managing the onboarding process, payroll process
3. Coordinating for joining formalities
4. Assisting manager in the new project

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements
1. Good experience in MS Excel
2. Willingness to learn and flexible attitude to stretch as per work requirements
3. Should be able to manage the payroll process and work pressure
4. Good communication and advanced Excel-like VLOOKUP
5. Some experience as an HR executive is a must

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
