The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with all internal team and stakeholders, HR-related inquiries or requests
2. Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records
3. Assist HR admin with the onboarding of the candidate
4. Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas
5. Coordinate training sessions and seminars
6. Perform orientations and update records of new staff
7. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
8. Assist with ad-hoc HR projects
9. Support other assigned functions
10. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
