Job Description
Designation: Human Resources
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling entire payroll & statutory compliance
2. Maintaining leave records & Attendance
3. Assisting in maintaining and updating employee's database, salary structure & attendance in payroll software
4. Processing full & final settlement employees as per company policies
5. Preparing bond letters, scanning, and uploading into the system
6. Uploading signed offers & NDAs on the system
7. Taking care of payroll related statutory like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, bonus & gratuity
8. Maintain all the records of newly joined and left employee's detail
9. Assisting in handling grievances of employees related to Salary, increment, PF & insurance, etc.
10. Assisting in PF documentation
