1. Identify actionable from employee surveys to help form key employee engagement activities to continue with, refine or implement going forward
2. Stay responsible for employee engagement, and brand management
3. Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
4. Stay responsible for other HR backend activities as and when assigned
