Human Resources
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain the various trackers & create, and update the dashboards
2. Handle the HRMS database management
3. Coordinate with the Leadership team in head-count planning and growth initiatives
4. Provide assistance with data analysis and prepare (need basis) ad-hoc reports
5. Work on the collection, collation & deriving meaningful data/reports for decision-making
6. Deliver HR management information reporting and analysis
7. Analyse employee survey reports (need basis)

Skill(s) required
Who can apply

2. can start the internship between 21st Aug'22 and 25th Sep'22
3. are available for a duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocating to Pune and neighbouring cities
