Overview:

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR policies, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

A human resources manager oversees all employee-related functions in an organization. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and managing employee benefits. They also ensure that the organization complies with employment laws and regulations. 
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring 
  • Training: Plan and implement training programs, and ensure that employees are trained to meet company needs 
  • Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and vacation 
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, such as EEOC, MCHR, FLSA, and FMLA 
  • Performance: Conduct performance evaluations, and handle discipline and termination of employees 
  • Employee relations: Oversee employee relations, address disputes, and implement health and safety regulations 
  • Policies: Develop and maintain HR-related policies and procedures, including the employee handbook 
  • Investigations: Conduct workplace investigations, weigh evidence, and recommend appropriate levels of remedial action
