Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Depending upon the level of position and compensation negotiated, the candidate may have to handle most of the following responsibilities
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for professionals, interns, and volunteers
2. Launch campaigns for enlisting volunteers [Ambassadors] in campuses and corporates
3. Prepare User/Operational manuals, policy documentation, and correspondence templates
4. Work on popularizing SPRAT's science and nature workshops and seminars, literacy programs, environment-friendly recreation facilities, online resources, and higher-learning institutions
5. Assist in fundraising and CSR (corporate social responsibility) mobilization
6. Assist in managing, promoting, and monitor SPRAT's digital platforms and generate leads for potential collaborations and sponsors
Sourcing, screening, evaluating and selecting candidates as per recruitment process, Multi-tasking experience, Skilled in headhunting using various social networking sites, Ability to learn quickly, adapt and implement the Firms policies efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
Necessary Skills:
Interpersonal Communication, Proficiency in MS-Office, Excellent GK and correct Written English. Prior HR experience preferred for HRO and necessary for HRM.
Preferred Skills:
Liaison, Coordination, Event Management, Email Marketing
2 to 4 yrs
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG- Any Postgraduate) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Benefit
INR 2,10,000 - 3,50,000 P.An On monthly incremented plan + performance incentives. Fixation as per test score & experience. Extra for additional hours. Subsidized boarding & lodging possible for exceptional outstation candidates.
