Job Summary:
Senior Associate will handle quality check process from all HRO process perspective across all entities of Accenture India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing an on-going process to maintain quality data and defining quality audit processes.
- Identifying and leveraging opportunities to improve the quality management processes, systems, and standards.
- Working closely with internal business units to resolve any quality issues.
- Recommending modifications and changes, if any, to the process.
- Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies to solve quality problems.
- Able to work independently, self-directed and solutions-oriented.
- Sound organizational and planning skills with a solid attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Relationships:
Reports to: SAN
Supervises: N/A
External Relationships: HR service providers – as appropriate
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Work Experience: 6-12 months of relevant experience
Preferred Relevant experience in HR related activities
