Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Souring from portals, social media, and institutions
2. Maintaining hiring and recruitment tracker with profile/stage/feedback
3. Working on cold calling
4. Working on pre-interview screening as per requirement and shortlisting candidates
5. Aligning interviews shortlisted by managers
6. Maintaining/Filtering the CV database
7. Assisting in redesigning the hiring process
8. Working on any other activity assigned by the team
9. Working on being involved in new initiatives for hiring
10. Managing social media and innovative sources of hiring too
11. Working on MIS/database management
